Our love and respect for tradition combined with our passion for innovations,pushed us to create Halon.We manufacture high end boutique hardware for guitars and basses.Our initial goal is to build quality parts, using premium alloys,with excellent tonal qualities and advanced manufacturing techniques.We give extra care in finishing,as well,which results in a series of parts with perfect tone and great aesthetics.

FOUNDER OF HALON
Haris Bakirtzidis
Haris was born in 1977 in Thessaloniki. His family has been involved with metallurgy but Haris had other plans at the time. After he completed his school studies in electronics, he studied comic design and animation. During that time he worked as a designer in quite a few animation films. He has also been involved with constructions, with the family business foundry and finally with luthiery.
